AW Sales & Distribution is looking for a full-time commission only Sales Representative with B2B sales
experience to join its dynamic business and expanding team. We’re looking for a results-driven person with
excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. This opportunity is
available to an ambitious, disciplined, and organized individual who can gain new customers and achieve
sales. AW Sales will provide prospect contact lists, marketing and promotion material, product training and
For this 1st assignment, the representative will focus on selling the remaining inventory of an AW Sales
manufactured product – a high quality, 100% Canadian made universal sanitizer dispenser. Success at this
assignment will lead to other existing sales opportunities. This dispenser has been purchased and well received by Dental Clinics, Law Offices, Retail Stores, Hospitals, Industrial Plants, and many other organizations. Netflix is
one of our happy customers having purchased 30+ dispensers.
Preference will be given to those candidates possessing the following skills:
• Prior experience and proven track record in a sales or marketing role.
• Experience in reaching out to customers through cold calling.
• Proficiency with MS Office products Word and Excel.
• Ability to maintain client and sales management and tracking systems – (CRM).
• Proactive and persistent in achieving agreed upon sales goals.
• Excellent team player, with both solid verbal communication and written skills.
• Ability to operate in a small company environment that requires hands-on implementation, optimal
use of limited resources and an ability to work closely with others in a team setting. This person must
be open to receiving feedback from other team members.
